Cracking knuckles not just count as annoying habit but it is also not good for the body either. When you crack knuckles, the synovial fluid present in bone joints pops out. Repeatedly doing so results in swollen hands and weaker grip.
Most often we use to bite our nails when we are thinking something or are stressed about something. Nail biting also counts as unhealthy habit. Biting nails transfer infections from your hand directly into your mouth. So regularly trimming your nails is a good habit.
Lack of sleep
Lack of sleep has many negative effects on the body. Continuously denying yourself proper sleep could result into high blood pressure, diabetes and heart disease. So taking 7-8 hours of sleep is necessary for overall well being.
Do not exceed your headphone noise more than 75 decibels. It can be harmful for your ears and leads to hearing problem. We do normal conversation at 60 decibels. We measure sound in decibels. You are more likely to have some hearing issues in future if you are continuously listening loud music.
Surfing before bed
Surfing your phone, laptop etc half an hour before going to bed is considered an unhealthy habit. These electronic gadgets emit blue light that not only damages your eye sight but can also make you feel lazy and tired in the next morning. The point here is that the blue light could interfere with your sleep.
